This Agreement is made between the Client and the Drone Service Provider as outlined
below:

Licensing and Usage: Client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use
the media for marketing and sales purposes related to the specified property. Media
may not be resold or reused for other listings or commercial purposes without
written consent from the Provider.
Weather & Rescheduling: If inclement weather or unsafe flying conditions arise,
the Provider reserves the right to reschedule at no additional cost. A minimum of
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules by the Client.
FAA Compliance & Restrictions: The Provider will operate under FAA Part 107
regulations. If FAA airspace restrictions apply or waivers are needed, the shoot may
be delayed or canceled. The Client will be informed of any legal limitations before
the shoot. (I.e. Restricted Air Space due to Fort Knox Airfield and Airports).
Insurance: Provider affirms that they carry drone liability insurance.
Limitation of Liability: Provider shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or
damages due to circumstances beyond control (weather, airspace restrictions, etc.).
Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement and
supersedes any prior understanding, whether written or oral.
